Wolfcorner Advises Punos Mobile on the Sale of its Operations to Sofokus

Wolfcorner acted as exclusive financial advisor to Punos Mobile Oy on the sale of its software development, maintenance and consulting operations to Sofokus.

The transaction became effective on 1 July 2026 and marks an important milestone for both organisations. Through the acquisition, Sofokus strengthens its capabilities in software development, mobile technologies and artificial intelligence, while expanding its geographical footprint and customer base.

The integration brings all employees and client accounts of Punos Mobile under the Sofokus organisation, creating a stronger digital solutions provider with enhanced expertise across the full lifecycle of digital products and services.

Following the transaction, Sofokus has grown to a team of 37 professionals and is expected to achieve annual revenues of approximately €3.8 million. In addition to its existing offices in Helsinki and Turku, the company now operates from Kouvola, further strengthening its presence across Finland.

The combined business offers a comprehensive portfolio of services including native mobile application development, artificial intelligence solutions, digital product design and development, software maintenance services, and digital business consulting. The transaction positions the enlarged organisation to better support clients during the ongoing AI-driven transformation of business and technology.
